Market Opportunity

Of the 76 million baby-boomers, approximately 15% or 11.4 million have or will soon attain high net worth status ($1M+ in assets), a US financial planning market growing at approximately 6% per annum.

The total “new world” (Asia and Latin America) high net worth market is about 88 million, or 8-times the size of the U.S. market and is expanding at roughly 25% per year, yet with far fewer and less sophisticated service providers. Mutual Benefit is targeting 0.25% of that market over its first five years of operation, and 4.5% over 10 years.
